🌿 Getting Started

What can I expect during my first session?

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin creating a plan that reflects your unique needs. There is no pressure to share everything all at once.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy isn't only for times of crisis. It can also be a place for personal growth, self-discovery, improving relationships, processing life transitions, and building coping skills.

What if I'm not sure where to start?

🌿 Therapy Approach

What types of therapy do you use?

I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care. Treatment is always individualized to fit your unique strengths and goals.
